The headroom was biggest issue, I felt like I was always walking around hunched over.

The furniture, obviously, had to be moved out away from the walls making the usable space in the room smaller but it wasn't that bad. My room was wider than the one you're looking at, it was the master bedroom in an attic apartment.
But it was very annoying to wake up and have to remember to be careful getting out of bed. Banging your head when you just wake up can easily get your day started off on the wrong foot.
But if you're not making this a long term move than it shouldn't be an issue.
