He was said to be offered as part of the McNabb deal, but Philly had no interest.
And Washington apparently liked Bradford a lot, if one rumor I heard was true. They were going to trade the #4 overall this year, next year's first round pick, and Haynesworth for the #1 overall this year. I'm not sure I buy that. Florio is who I heard mention it, and I don't know if he got it from elsewhere.
