They pack everything and do a very good job (they're usually liable for damages of packed items if they pack them whereas they generally aren't if you

do). Advantage is they will do it completely the day before you move so you don't spend a month packing and in a house filled with boxes. Thing to be aware of is that they will literally pack the garbage in the garbage bags if you don't tell them specifically not to. The first time I had people pack me I didn't point out to them to leave a pair of shoes out. They packed all of my shoes and it wasn't clear what box it was in. I went to the shoe store in my socks to buy shoes to wear for the next day. In my opinion it's money well spent though.
