it took a while though but i had the impression that food in general somehow was almost wommting to her mentally
i guess the hospital will try to keep the energy up in her but i think people simply get old and then well silently decide time has come
but in my moms case it changed for the better and wirse several time onve a long period probably several years in reality each time more obvious
