My mother has decided she wants to sit in a specific terrace box section, but there are 2 prices for terrace box seats. (the section she wants is one of the lower-priced ones.) So when I try 'best available', it gives me the higher-priced terrace box tickets.

It's not a big deal to call and order, but it just seems like it's something that should be available online too.
