You can ask how things are working out for him. Did the fix really fix his 'problem'? What else can you do for him?

Be overheard by witnesses.

Take the high road here -- he's out of line and you can help him understand that by delivering your own brand of quality customer service.

His own words will come back to bite him, and that will be the best 'revenge' as it were.
