in all seriousness, if you live in a big city, it's not hard. most newspapers/magazines/radio stations, etc, have weekly contests.

use something like Roboform (it's free), a few bookmarks, and it takes no time.
big cities are a lot easier to win in, because there are so many local contests with less competition.
