Client's ex takes their son out of the country, violating a Court Order, we move ex-parte for an Order granting full legal/physical custody so we can get the process of bringing his son home and the Judge can't be bothered to lift a finger to move our requests to the top of the stack? And then admonishes my boss for having the nerve to even ask her to do so?

Sorry, take a number and wait for justice. It's days like this...
