Doing a mail merge.
Spreadsheet is set up with columns:
Organization - Person 1 - Person 2 - Person 3
Next Organization - Person X - Person Y - Person Z

.
To make the passes what I really want is:
Organization - Person 1
Organization - Person 2
Organization - Person 3
Next Organization - Person X
Next Organization - Person Y
Next Organization - Person Z
