I think there's only 3 or 4 really big grounds, so the chance for a small team to get promoted and play away games there is a boost to finances. -- nm

Looks like clubs get a very small percentage of away game receipts, the money is in a big team playing at your smaller home ground. -- nm

so they get some of the gate for away matches? I don't think sports generally do that here. -- nm
