I guess they got too hands on after a while and screwed everything up.
Do they not want to spend money either?
I'm a bit clueless about what caused their demise. They seemed to be spending and making moves in the '90s but at some point it all went wrong.

For their fans sake I hope they figure out how to build a baseball team soon.
