I'll disagree on one thing: Minaya would be a great scout. He has *zero* ability to manage a roster, do PR, and all the stuff that makes a good GM.

He falls in love with marginal talents, just because he "found" them. All traits which aren't terrible in a scout. But as the head of an orginazation, he's awful. Aw-ful.
