Since 1980, Obama's total is the 3rd lowest, behind Reagan 84, Reagan 80, Bush 88, and both Clinton victories.

in the grand scheme of things, it's not nearly the blowout znu's post makes it sound.
it's like saying any 40mil opener in 2008 is akin to 1989's Batman while not looking at the reality there's a lot more money/votes out there to be won.
