Pizza re-heats very well this way too - well - you don't flip the slices ... but still ... it's the best way IMHO.

Ted Allen shared it - on I think an episode of queer eye for the straight guy. I almost always defer to the stove top over microwave and oven ... it doesn't make things icky texture and takes less energy.
