on bags stuff to an extreme - where you can't fit your own small bag because everyone else is loading up ALL of their stuff as a carry on - and then it takes forever to depart the plane if you're in the back because everyone has so much luggage to unload. I realize there's no "right" answer - but I think letting people choose instead of mandating what the airlines can and can't do is the better option.
