he was ranked something like 47 ....
wait, let me get this straight ... he kills a lot of people, he's one of the most power-greedy individuals in all of the universe, in his quest for ultimate power he sought and found an energy cube that basically made him god-like,...when he lost that, he went on the quest for the infinity gems, when he got them, we get the Inifinity Gauntlet, War, and Crusade ... during which he killed half of all life inthe universe in an attempt to gain the favors of Death Incarnate ... and for all of this he *barely* cracks into the Top 50 ?!!?!?!
