Do this if you don't have a brush

Put a small amount of oil in a bowl, then add wedges and stir them around until coated, then take them out and put them on a baking sheet. Repeat until they are all oiled. Then add salt. Depending on how you want to apply the italian seasoning you can either mix it into the oil or sprinkle it on with the salt.
