Actually, if you keep pushing it, you will get a response from someone that high up.

I've gone through this three times recently. Kim has been joking that I've been settling all family business. We had issues with TiVo, Amazon and Wal-Mart and I kept pushing until we got the appropriate responses. I strongly encourage you to do the same.
