I used the toss in a bag approach. I think I underestimated how far some oil would go and overdid it, but we'll see.
(Yes, this is ridiculously early for winner, but my brother is on the way home from his afternoon class on a short break before his evening class, so it's now or never. Will these potatoes to cook).
