Canadians/Hockey fan... question about penalties, please...

Flyers had a penalty. NJ PP.
During the NJ PP, NJ takes a penalty. 4-4
During the 4-4, Flyers score a goal

NJ should go back on the PP, correct?

If not, please explain why - thanks.
