basically take four days off, have some friends come over, close the blinds, and not allow me to look until it's all done and there's a "big reveal."

i'm a little... not thrilled to not be involved and actively helping but he SO wants to feel like he's doing something for me and to help out with wedding planning stuff and he's been feeling a little helpless (we're having the rehearsal BBQ at our place, see.)

this is not going to be a bad thing, right? right?!

(i'm bored and avoiding mountains of work, is that obvious?)
