What I don't get is how NWBR wants us Quebecois to show our love for Canada...

It seems it's all about the party we vote for...
I try not to pub so much importance in that. I know a bunch of out of Quebec Canadians. I know a lot of Quebecois. To me, they have a whole lot in common.
But the language barrier is huge, and makes making connections harder. You don't listen to any of our music, we don't watch your TV shows. quebecois who don't speak a good english and don't go on the internet that often don't know a lot ofenglish speaking Canadians. English speaking Canadians rarely speak french and will only know the more "international" kind of Quebecois, but will judge the other by what they see in newspaper.
I think we just have to live with each other, because I honestly think we all bring something for the rest of the country. Wether it's the cowboys of Alberta, the hippies of BC, the fisherman of the Maritimes or the angry separatists of Quebec. My point is yes Quebec is different, but so are many different parts of the country, and we manage fine.
I don't see the high percentage of Bloc voters of Quebec as a big obstacle to cohabitation.
