It's weird - my balance was tiny - my available balance included my direct deposit. Although - when I called the automated system, it told me, "Your balance is [larger amount including deposit], all of which is available now." So, I dunno.
I just don't like the idea of, "This is available for you to use, but you're going to be penalized if you do."
