It's one of the best shows I've ever seen. Seriously.

The characters and storylines are rich and complex, and all of the actors are simply superb. The producers and set designers have such great attention to detail. It's just a really cool show overall, though some people don't like a lot of the aspects that are "true to the time." For example, there is a lot of misogyny and homophobia, but I think that just heightens the stories in a lot of ways.
