I have a 14 and 8. A lot of that works in theory, but the "I know everything" of a teenager is tough.

"Here, take the keys. The front door is locked."

"No it's not."

"Yes it is, I just locked it."

"No it isn't."

"I came out after you. I locked the door."

"I left it unlocked."

"I KNOW. I LOCKED IT WHEN I CAME OUT. AFTER YOU."

(this was this morning.)
