i only think it's unfair when the celebrity actually owns up to their jerkitude (like James Cameron)

he admits he's the world's biggest asshole on the set. everyone who works for him would say it to his face
it's kind of piling on for the tabloids to then try and portray him in a negative light about it when everyone else kind of embraces it
