which signed her up for a variety of things - dealership, mfctr et al.

after ~8 messages trying to get them to understand the situation, I finally gave up. at one point, someone, who I think was their IT guy, actually told me the issue was with gmail, not with them, and that I should contact google. dude. (I linked him to the google page re: . in names not making a difference.)
