At the very end, she accepts going to the harbor knowing the whole triangle was repeating itself.

She says sorry to Greg about what she knows is about to happen.

But if the new, smarter Jess knows what's going to happen, won't she prevent them from getting on the big ship this time around? Because originally all she kept feeling was deja vu.
