You pretty much need your employer to cooperate. You might check with your HR type people and see if they know anything about it.

I think its 3 years, from arrival and if you want to stay longer you have to pay it back -- nm

4 years. And you don't need to pay it back if you end up staying (so long as your intent was not to stay when you first came) nm
