The opposition parties will blink....they will oppose it but when the vote comes up, there will not be enough opposition members....

to bring the government down. Harper will win this. He knows that the other parties wont form a colalition to defeat this or force an election.
I dont agree with this idiocy the Conservatives are pulling but its brilliant politically.
