I had to take the test to renew my license earlier this week. I missed 2. One of them I still think their answer is wrong. Here's the question:

A child under the age of 8 must wear a seatbelt or be in a car seat

a. In the front seat of the car.
b. In the back seat of the car.
c. Anywhere in the car.

I answered b. because children under 8 are not permitted in the front seat of the car. The DMV said the answer was c because anywhere they are in the car they would have to be in seatbelts or a car seat. I think it's a poorly worded question at best, but I still think my answer is best.
