Gotta love my office's dry cleaners which I now will not be back to

I dropped off 20 shirts on Monday. One was not drycleanable (a brown shirt) so I have 19. My printed receipt says 19 shirts. I go and pick it up, and there are 18 there, along with a new receipt for 18 dress shirts. I know EXACTLY which shirt is missing. So I say that I'm missing it, they profuselyt deny. Back and forth ensues. I say I will double check at home, despite knowing it is not there, and will be back in the morning.

It wasn't at the apt, so I came back and started talking again. I say I either need a new shirt, or dry cleaning services to equate to the shirt. She flat out says "No, you had 18 items." I reply "My receipt is not wrong." I was basically told to deal with it. I mention that I will not be returning, and she pulls my account up and is not pleased b/c I spend decent money there. She's like "Well I mean we can do more clothes, just b/c you miscounted doesn't mean you have to stop." I walked out.

Really people?
