His "talks too much" diagnosis of Russell is about a season and a half too late though. Now he talks too much?

This is like the fourth time he's found an idol, said to camera "I'm telling no one about this", followed by a quick cut to him telling someone

Jeff is wrong - it's not back-to-back seasons taking its toll on Russell - this is how he is all the time.
