that is so awesome -

recipes that have been altered for low/no fat are hard to pas off on family/friends that are used to the full fat versions.They usually have something to say. Be sure to carefully document it so you can make it again. (I always forget!). Your original recipe called for 6-8? oz of artichoke. Was that a box from the frozen section of the market? I usually buy a 14.5 oz cans of artichoke hearts (35 calories total). It's always good when a really awesome, favorite recipe can be made low fat/heart heathly. It helps for all those cravings some of us have for food that isn't!
