in fact I've been a lurker on the boards long enough to know how talented you are. That's why it's so shocking you like MW. Fresh thyme or chives also works well in your recipe. Has no-one worthwhile ever worked up a sweat for you to present a proper mayo? You'd give up MW in a heartbeat. As a kid a friends mother would make us all take turns with the whisk/bowl until the mayo was ready and we could eat the picnic/lunch. That friend passed the samed tradition down to his kids. So much for a kids nervous energy!
