The reflection on your essay should include:

1. Where do you see your professional growth?
2. Do you believe you are living the �Hippocratic Oath,�?
3. What do you view as your area of greatest success or fulfillment?
4. What do you view as your area of uncertainty or difficulty?
5. What role, if any, has Professionalism played in your professional development? Learning in small groups?
6. Are there any changes in your personal goals? If you want to make changes, what are the reasons prompting that decision, and what specific things do you want to do?

Come on pixie, get cracking.
