Depends on the season and where you live. When I was living in Washington, DC, I would get my suits pressed every 5 wearings or so and ...

Dry cleaned a few times a year. I found that the holiday schedule worked pretty well: New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween. Or just dry cleaned if dirty. Same with ties.
Shirts and undershirts I'd wash myself. In the summer, I'd wear either one once and then wash it; and some days at the height of summer, I'd have to change into new shirts in the early afternoon.
In winter, I'd wash undershirts after each wearing, but dress shirts I could let slide to 2 wearings or so if I needed.
