that matches what I've noticed for myself in recent years.

I figured there was some general derriere-covering involved; but cost makes sense, too - including less need for f/u tests.

(I still have regular checks to make sure the acetaminophen and big ol' doses of ibuprofen I take aren't hurting various innards.)
