oh FFS. Some women actually can lift a lot. as I said on b2 I probably got the starting weight wrong.

but I went well over 25 in time. Probably close to 40 for a single arm extension. I'm not a waif, I'm built like a mule.

I'm not saying women are weak, so don't conflate the argument that way. You said there's no way aerobic weights work, and that simply wasn't true.
