I'm not saying women are weak, so don't conflate the argument that way. You said there's no way aerobic weights work, and that simply wasn't true.

You may have done 25s, congrats, that's a very heavy weight. But for probably 98% of women (and probably 70% of men) quarters would be way, way too much weight. And 5 to 10 lb weights would be *totally* appropriate for someone who has *never* weight trained before, man or woman.
