With each, the length of time and number of reps may be too high to start (or too low). Do what you can. If you can't hold them for a count of 25,

do it for as long as you can, but add reps if you need to get to 125 count, resting a little in between. Just make sure you're really pushing yourself. As you get stronger go longer and do more reps, but for the ones where you count to 25 don't go over 50. Just add more reps if you get that high.
