Hell Hound (it was his method of choice for Harry)
White Court
Marcone (highly unlikely)
White Council (The Merlin, Cristov, other faction)
The Black Council
The Denarians
I'm sure there are many others (he pisses off alot of people)
More likely:
Fix, the Summer Knight (he already went at him with a gun when he thought he went to the Winter Court and he would know he had gone over based on what Toot Toot said Mab did).
My likliest suspect:
Mab - Harry has to die as a mortal to take up the Winter Knight mantle.
