Personally, I don't think jumping in the middle of a field during a major league game is "any situation."

That's their field.

They agree not to put up fences so that people can't jump onto the field and possibly injure their million dollar investments.

They can protect it how they want, and I think "Jump on our field and you may get beat down and/or tasered" is a better option than fences.

Follow the fucking rules.
