investigate. That doesn't mean the homeowner was wrong.
Is there room for interpretation? Sure, maybe a police officer sees the kid has no malicious intent, and just grabs him and tosses him in the stadium jail. But, given that these are split second decisions, and the security has made the judgement that there is some threat, yes, I believe that in almost every reasonable scenario, a taser is a reasonable default.
