yesterday I had to restore data for a user$

she had collected important data from several places, deleted them in the old place and put them together in a new folder.
then she deleted the new folder at 10:30 am. I restored all data in the folder, she got the ok to access the date at 12:30.
at 1 pm she requested another restore for the same new folder.
