What are the fucking chances that I would get the *same* unhelpful Amazon customer service representative both times I call?

2 extra charges for $9.99 are *not* "floating charges" - I have been triple billed. I know what an authorization charge is, dummy.

If it *was* an auth charge, why is she telling me that money should be credited back to my account within 5-7 business days? That's bullshit.
