Is Hot Fuzz the perfect meta film? Where it is exactly what it's mocking?

Every single thing it mocks appears in a perfectly logic place elsewhere in the film.

Galaxy Quest is the exact same way.

Perfect genre films that mange to also mock the genre without ruining the genreness of the movie.
