I only officiate 250-300 weddings a year
Very few are 30k blowouts. ...most are backyard affairs
That 30k figure come from the bridal fairs folks who promote the higher priced caterers and other services
I would say the true average is $10k
Since most of my clients are military or rednecks they spend about $1k
BTW from what I've seen your plans are very good sweet and simple and tasteful level headed
