Are you tracking what you are eating?

Sometimes you can find clues in your daily tracking diary as to what might have caused gain instead of loss. Alternately, you might not have eaten enough. Many, many times in Weight Watchers I have seen when people don't eat all of their allotted daily points that they show a gain instead of a loss.
