They all hang out. There are videos of them doing stuff together on the CBS website.
The Dragonz t-shirt Coach was wearing last night is the name of a band that he, Courtney and JT formed after they were voted out.
Also, it makes sense for the producers to allow them to talk about the game - it increases the odds they'll hold on to their bitterness until final Tribal :)
